At Carved & Co., we take great pride in creating beautiful, handcrafted pieces made just for you. Your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🪵 Personalized Orders

Every personalized item is custom-made based on the details you provide. Because these products are uniquely tailored, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the issue is the result of our error.

✅ We'll offer a replacement if:

  • The engraving includes the wrong name, date, or design that does not match what you submitted.

  • Your item arrives damaged in transit or has a flaw in craftsmanship.

To request a replacement, please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

❌ We cannot replace or refund personalized items if:

  • The personalization information you provided during checkout was incorrect or misspelled

  • You change your mind after we’ve started production or completed the engraving

🎁 Non-Custom Items

For standard products that are not personalized, we gladly accept returns or exchanges in the event of damage or defects.

✅ If your item qualifies:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.


🚚 Shipping Details

  • If the issue was due to our mistake or your item was damaged during shipping, we’ll cover the cost of the return and replacement shipping.

  • For standard returns not related to damage or defects, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
