Every personalized item is custom-made based on the details you provide. Because these products are uniquely tailored, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the issue is the result of our error.
✅ We'll offer a replacement if:

The engraving includes the wrong name, date, or design that does not match what you submitted.

Your item arrives damaged in transit or has a flaw in craftsmanship.
To request a replacement, please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

❌ We cannot replace or refund personalized items if:

The personalization information you provided during checkout was incorrect or misspelled

You change your mind after we’ve started production or completed the engraving

🎁 Non-Custom Items
For standard products that are not personalized, we gladly accept returns or exchanges in the event of damage or defects.
✅ If your item qualifies:

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
🚚 Shipping Details

If the issue was due to our mistake or your item was damaged during shipping, we’ll cover the cost of the return and replacement shipping.

For standard returns not related to damage or defects, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
