Personalized Items

Because each personalized item is made-to-order and uniquely customized just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products unless there is an error on our part.

✅ We will replace a personalized item if:

  • We engraved the wrong name, date, or design that differs from what you submitted in your order.
  • Your item arrives damaged due to shipping or a defect in craftsmanship.

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

❌ We cannot replace or refund a personalized item if:

  • You provided incorrect or misspelled information during the ordering process.

  • You changed your mind after the item has been engraved.

Standard (Non-Personalized) Products

If your standard, non-custom item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it or issue a refund.
